LOVE!

Hello people! After a really long time, i am finally back! Since it has been a long time since i disappeared, i'll just elaborate on the most significant!

I have been working, thus i have really little time to blog. I spend my whole time in the office looking at the computer, so when i reach home, i would just sleep! Ahhs! I miss my job ):

Okay, now for our graduation night! Haha. I really love it. I brought back many memories and allowed me to spend time with my friends again. I'll really miss you guys! ):

Now, DRUM ROLL for the most significant and impactful event of this post! The SEC 3 CON CAMP! Thank god for giving me the opportunity to work with the affable SJC and other parish people. Words could not describe the exuberant feeling that I'm getting. or maybe ECSTATIC? Only god knows huh? Anyway, i'm really very tired already, just go to my fb acc and look at the pictures. I'm really very tired to post pictures already!

Its gonna be a really hectic week again for me. AHHS! Anyone want to run my errands for/with me? (I prefer 'with') HAHA!

Hilary asseverates that THE O LEVELS ARE OVER!

Finally, after four years of running this race, we have reached the end. A new chapter of life is going to begin. Although secondary school life is over or almost over, the memories i have is and will be vivid and clear. I really miss you guys! Every single one of you guys. Keep in touch okay?

Now what? The O's are over.
Many would like to find a job or stay at home in front of the screen. For me, i created a list of random things to do to make this long holiday a meaningful and fun filled one. To take a look at that list, go to the biography section. I welcome you to join me in any of the activities! :D

I've completed some of the random things in the list, such as:
6. Get flight tickets to anywhere- I've got tickets to Hongkong and I am flying off on the 3rd of December. Anyone going there at period of time? Maybe we can meet!
9. Look for ways to find extra cash-Found a job and will start work next week. YAY!
22. Take part in a church event- Sec 3 confirmation camp on the 27th november!
25. Watch a movie- Watched 2012 with Vitrun, Shafie, Gilbert, Eugene, Hairizad, Tinghui, Yeeleng, Zenda, Hadhinah and Amirah yesterday. Good show, but expected ending. Aww.
29. Shout really loud in a mall- Well, i did it. Twice actually on two seperate occasions. (One was : Bye Amirah and Yeeleng! The other one was: Oi Zaylinn, wait up! ) The effect was dramatic! I could hear my voice in the whole of Jurong Point. Tsk Tsk Tsk.
31. Arcade!- Well, as usual, the one at Jurong Point as well, yesterday!
32. Start on CW- A really good book, i really learnt many new things through that book.
39. Smile at a toddler- Aren't they just SO adorable?
40. Smile at and elderly- I just smiled at an old lady below my block. It is really comforting when they smile back. Heehee.

The count down to 12 November is ON!
The physics paper is finally over today, leaving me with

If only O's were as simple as this.

Aww, this sounded really despairing. However, I am NOT depressed after the three days of the examinations! I feel really exhuberant! :D Let me briefly go through the first three days.

moonday!

In the morning, the first thing i thought of was ' ZERO days more to O levels!' I felt really weird because i did not panic, but rather felt excited! I packed my so called 'examination kit' and then sat in front of the computer, looking for articles to read. Eventually, i ended up in youtube, watching videos. Ooops! Anyway, i changed into my school uniform and went on to meet the usual study people. We had a chicken essence drinking session at my place and we did a last minute glance on what we had prepared for the past study sessions. We then tried to release the stress (for i don't know what reason) by watching pucca and fairly odd parents on disney channel and nick respectively.

Walking into school seemed so different this time. I felt old! We proceeded to the second level, waiting to go into the hall. Time was crawling, i tried my best to remain calm when we were up there. However, there were more people panicking and worried than being calm. Slowly, i was influenced too. (I started panicking for nothing) . Finally, we went in. We bade each other well wishes and started. During the test, i made use of the youtube videos i watched for my essay. It went really well :D After the first paper, it was the second paper. I found it straighforward, not as bad as the other practices i did (PHEW!)

"Time is up, candidates, put your pants (pens) down." This marked the end of TWO papers, ONE subject. Even though the paper is over, it does not mean that speaking good english is over. I still love english! :D

Tuuesday!

It was the mathematics paper! Since young, i was always terrified of this subject. I always thought to myself, if only math was ' Find X.. Here it is'. Eating, sleeping, bathing, i always thought of you. You You You. My world revolved around you. Indeed, my world revolved around mathematics.

I found love out of fear in mathematics. At 2.25pm, sitting in the examination hall, my heart was palpitating fast and hard. I did nothing but prayed hard while waiting for the paper. The manageable mathematics paper made me love math even more. TEEHEE!

Weednesday!

Easy math yesterday doesn't mean easy math today. At 2.25pm, sitting in the examination hall, my heart was palpitating fast and hard. This time, i felt the adrenaline rush which prepared me for the fight or flight response (bio people, you know what i mean). During that time, i felt like running. Once again, i did nothing but prayed hard. By God's grace, i managed to understand and attempt every single question during the given time. "Candidates, stop writing and tie your scripts together. The invigilators are going down the row to collect your scripts" This marks the end of another subject. Suddenly, math seemed to be very dear to me.

WHEE!

Two subjects down and Five more to go. Four papers down and eleven more to go! In this three days, i learnt that time is precious, there is no time for regrets at all. Most importantly, trust in God is the most essential thing to do at times like this (or any other time).

The time has come.

After four years of education.

The grams of effort i put in or even tonnes of effort to reach the goal that i once shot so high,is going to be paid off tomorrow! As the saying goes' if you aim high, you wouldn't fall so low'. I would very much like to prove this statement right.

Anyway, everyone may be intimidated by the paper and some of you are suffering from insomnia right at this moment. Some may be panic stricken and is overwhelmed by what is to come tomorrow. I decided not to follow the flow and instead treat the whole 'O level event' as an ordinary event in my life. Anyway, O level is meant to be ordinary level(: (its going to be boomz!)

Stressed? That's so cliche. I'd rather be enthusiastic and glad. Its not that i'm complacent or anything. I find that there is no reason to be jittery and jumpy over this examinations. I believe that if i try best, i aced the paper already. Okay. Enough of blithering about the examinations. For the past few days, i have been in the library, having intense O levels preparatory sessions to make sure that i tried my best. Although it drained me mentally and physically, I am thankful that i spent my time there to do something meaningful. Other then studying, there are many memories brought home from the library. Thank you Yeeleng, Amirah, Tinghui, Zaylinn and Vitrun! If i were to study alone at home, i would have uprooted all my strands of thin defenseless hair.

Actually, i have some forms of regret and i would like to share it with you readers. I have a terrible habit of procrastinating. Its my Achilles heel and now, i know that it is an insidious disease. So, heed my advice and DO NOT PRO-CRAS-TINATE!

I know that many of us received unsatisfactory marks for our preliminary examinations. Do not fret and do not feel defeated! Just give this test your best shot!

As you can see in my picture at the top, i am indeed refreshed.
Do you guys feel at times that our body is full of energy but you are tired? Well, in my opininon and experience, i think that it is the imbalance in our body. (Please do not quote it, there's no scientific proof, just my opinion) This is because for the past few days, i have been studying but not exercising. I feel lethargic, but my body is urging me to sweat it out. This contradicting feeling makes me have a farrago of feelings which is usually . I told myself that i had to do something about it and i decided to do a sport rather than binge eating and regretting. Today, after the literature paper, i went for a swim at the nearby swimming complex. Although the wind was icy and there was hardly any sun in the late afternoon, it did not stop me from swimming. Now both my body and mind is tired. A good night's rest would replenished the energy lost from thinking and working out . The smell of the pool's chlorine still lingers, reminding me of the day's workout.

Hello, i just took my piano practical yesterday and i got to say that it is a beautiful disaster. Oh well, i can see some beauty in that mess. I loved only the last song.

Well, during the study date, there were 3 more people studying together. Tharani, Marcus and Hairizad. After studying for a grueling three to four hours, we went over to Jurong point with the birdday dude for lunch and headed to the arcade to play for awhile. After that, we met up with Peishi, Taiquan, Cheehan, Shiyan, Lerxin, Weijie, Zujie, Yeeleng to watch Aliens in the attic. It was rather okay, with Amirah and I entertaining ourselves at the back. After the movie, we went to the nearby blocks, our usual spot to slack.

Once again, happy birthday to gilbert :D

TEACHER'S DAY=STUDY DAY?

Well, i can confidently deny that i did study as much as i expected today. Seriously hil, you are given 24 hours today to study, did you make full use of your time? Apparently not. Well, lets not cry over spilled milk and move on. :D

Part 1
Today was like a teacher's day for me. Except for the waking up part of the day that wasn't what i expected, everything went pretty well. I started this wonderful day by waking up late and realized that my family left without me. hmphFFF. After one crawling hour of leg numbing bus rides, they went on with breakfast without me and met me straight at red hill interchange. They were not as bad as i thought when they bought the high calcium soya milk at maxwell market :D Thanks. After meeting my grandmother, we took a bus to city hall and strolled to swissotel in the sweltering heat. Spending some time with my aunt from hk, grandparents, mother, cousin and brothers in the hotel, we went to esplanade to have our lunch. The inconsistent weather made a 180 degrees turn from a cheerful cloudless sky to gloomy, gargantuan storm. As a result of the weather, no signboard seafood was unexpectedly empty! We literally had the whole restaurant to ourselves and our food started to be served before i can finish this sentence. Taking our time to enjoy the taste to the fullest and enjoying each other's company, we finished lunch at 2pm.

Part 2
As they continued their bonding session, i started my bonding session with my book. My math, although i know tomorrow is the English and Chinese prelims. I met !ants-of-the-sky! at city hall and after much deliberation and walking around the train stations like confused squids, we ended up at woodlands regional library to study. I spent 2 whole hours doing mathematics and mathematics only. I felt that it was a remarkable achievement although i could have done better. At around 6pm, my legs had enough. They(my legs) protested by giving me terrible cramps that made me feel like lying down anywhere, even if it meant in the wet, hard ground that the unforgiving rain just poured on. We (my legs and i) decided that it was time to go home.

Part 3
Limping to the bus interchange, i was victorious. We boarded the bus and embarked on a journey back to jurong. Surprisingly, it took one sprinting hour. It just goes to show that it is better if you have company. It was almost 7.11pm and we were still in the bus. I took out my delicious, fragrant and mouth watering mentos from my strawberry jam jar of sweets, peel off the wrapper and popped the jem into my mouth in front of !ants-of-the-sky!. I didn't want to make him feel deprived as i could hear his tummy growling from the end of the earth and felt that he was weaker and weaker every second and i had to be his walking stick/cane. I passed him my adaptor and phone and we heard the malay radio station, anxiously waiting for the slow orders given to eat. Finally, he can eat. MY DELICIOUS MENTOS! :D He regained a minute amount of energy and burst into life. The bandinage finished off our last few minutes when he finally had the energy to talk. We went our seperate ways, both doing the same thing: Have dinner with our family.

Part 4
I met up with my parents and we went to hunt for food. Jurong point's flaw is that it is always too crowded. After rejecting 5 restaurants, we finally settled down at the new Ambush restaurant. Over the dinner table, we had a multifarious conversation while tasting our food to the fullest. It has been a long day for my family and I.

Well, i can confidently deny that i did study as much as i expected today. In exchange, i got to spend the time with my family which i hardly do.

Which is more important? A certificate that 'defines' your future or the bond that kept and will keep you going in the future?

Hilary's Soliloquy.

To go or not to go: that is the question.
Should i start to study and pay full attention?
The many choices i have. It all reduces to this.
Stay at home and pull my hair just because i'm pissed?

Rantings rantings!

Enough of the above mentioned soliloquy. Haha. Yesterday, i went to bakerzin in the evening to have dessert with mirahnovayeeleng. Its rather filling and we had fun cooling down. Today, it is the all children exercising simultaneously day. We all had yogarobics in the hall early in the morning and had normal lessons. Since tomorrow is teacher's day, we had the teacher's day celebration in the hall and watched the performance that the students put up for the teachers. Good effort though, but there's much more room for improvement.

Well, i think i'll have a good rest before i start to go on a study frenzy for the upcoming prelims and intensive piano playing for the forthcoming practical examinations. I think it would be fine because the sky would always be clear after the storm. Its beginning to get cloudy for me, just like the gloomy clouds in my sight after looking out of the window. I want to live a halcyon life after my examinations and i'll strive for it.

VERY OVER DUE!

After One month, i finally updated. Well, you can't blame me anyway. :D My computer broke down and daddy disassembled it into numerous parts. Anyway, there are many events which are very meaningful but i did not post it. Here goes:

Well, lets just elaborate on yesterday and today. :D We had the west district youth rally yesterday and it all started in the morning, we began in the parish with games and ice breakers and then went to St Ignatius' church for the rally with the other parishes. If i'm not wrong, its with St mary of the angels, Holy cross, ... i forgot. I didn't fall asleep :D :D Although the praise and worship was not as i expected, i thought they did a great job. We had fun anyway.

Today, i spent 4 hours playing the piano and guitar, my goodness. I woke up early to play the piano and then went to nap again until i was woken up by Kenneath. Went to subway for breakfast with Kenneath, Xavier and Gabriel and we strolled in Jurong point until Xavier and I decided that we should leave. Since the weather was so good, i decided not to go for meeting at SFA and mug. After reaching home, i played piano and then the guitar and the piano again before napping again. I did a little mathematics and went to transfer some music and updated my blog :D After dinner, i will be going to Bakerzin for dessert with Amirah and maybe Yeeleng and maybe vit :D :D :D

I really do not know how i'll score for my mother tongue for the second round. It just shatters my heart to see these results. I am determined to work hard and prevent this from happening again. Since the prelims are coming, i would study hard. However, its really hard to practice what we preach. Nevertheless, i would strive to do my best. The stress is slowly building up, and when the setbacks come in, i feel very gloomy. From today onwards, i'll study :C I must now be complacent and be a couch potato and overcome my excessive need for sleep. HAHA!

The icy wind caressed my cheeks and i felt a tinge of sadness. Should i cry? No, I'll not. I must be strong and face whatever that is coming. Although i feel deterred by the storm that is coming from the icy wind i just felt, I'll move forward, facing the prelims and the Os that i once dreaded and the disappointments that i know i'll face. I WILL move, even if it takes a baby step. Chinese, Literature and Math. I'll won't try, i will do it.

I've got a fever! I'm hot and i can't be stopped!

Its already thursday! Time does fly! Anyway, i blogged today because i had the energy to! :D Maybe not. Oh well, today, i woke up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to go to school. The excitement was extinguished when i realised i was burning hot. I had a fever of 37.6. It seem okay in the beginning and i thought i was okay for school. Slowly, the temperature increased and increased and increased. To make sure that it was me who has problems instead of the thermometer, i stuck two thermometers in my mouth and the temperature was still the same. I realised this was not right and went to the polyclinic instead. I went to the Jurong polyclinic under the national health care group if i'm not wrong. At the entrance, I told them i had a fever and they took my temperature. Guess what, its a shocking 38.5 degrees!. It was rather shocking for me. Anyway, i waited for a very long time before it was my turn, went for consultation and went home. When i reached home, i took my medication and tried to go to sleep because the medication causes drowsiness. To my surprise, i did not feel drowsy at all. I was really hungry and feasted on strawberries lying on the bed in the air conditioned room the whole afternoon. It may look like i'm enjoying myself at home, slowly recuperating. I would really want to go out out out of the room and do something else rather than watching the television and reading books in the room. Currently, the fever subsided but if i want to step out of that room, i have to wear a mask at home because my parents wanted to 'play safe'. In case i have H1N1 i would not pass it to anyone in this household.

MC: 4 days starting from today, which means that i'll be back on the 3rd of august if i'm not wrong.

Oh well, i decided to come out of the room for some fresh air. Wearing the mask that i was supposed to wear, i am now sitting in front of the computer outside the 'quarantine room' in my house. :D I really want to show my gratitude to those who cared about me. Thank you very much.

Well, my excrutiatingly painful headache is still alive and well, which is terrifying news for all you readers out there. With this pain, i find it really hard to think and do stuff. Anyway, the above are the pictures of today and the past few days, i really feel like sleeping now! For today, after going to church, we went to eat and then went home. As simple as that. My head is really painful. I can't type more. Good night people.

The excruciating pain! The horror of it!

Today is the 23rd July. I must say time really flies. We are left with really little time.

Okay, enough of my random talk. Well, today was really a terrible day for me. I had this terrible headache which lasted from the time i woke up until now. I could not concentrate because the pain is so excruciating. I felt like grabbing my brain out (look at the madness this headache caused). Too add to all the pain, there was this irritating construction that was going on outside school. It made me so impatient that i wanted to throw my books at the machine capable of causing such havoc in my head. (the madness!) Furthermore, today's the longest day of the week! I had to endure for a whopping 10 hours before i could rest at home. Finally, when i reached home, i immediately collapsed on my bed and fell asleep for awhile. I woke up, thinking that i had piano lessons tonight. To my surprise, there wasn't! Thank God! Currently, i just finished an SS quiz that will be counted as a test on the internet. My goodness! I flunked it! With my pounding head, i'm trying hard to concentrate :D :D :D I'll stop here tonight because i still have a test on the rise and fall of Venice tomorrow. Anyone staying up late with me? Text me okay? :D :D Currently, Juliana is staying up late with me!!

By the way, my picture for today is this black thing. Can you guess what it is? No prize for guessing it correctly anyway. Haha. Its the cat that roams around outside the perimeters of the school, and it is sleeping on a bench under a void deck.

THANKFUL!
Yesterday started with a BANG! and ended with a BOOM!It was racial harmony day and we really had great fun with the racial costumes exchanging!I would really like to thank all of those who remember my birthday. I was really unexpected! Firstly, i woke up with a card from my parents and a ate a STRAWBERRYcake that my friends bought for me! Secondly, when i met melody, i was greeted with a present! Thirdly, when i went for literature class, the lit class sang me a birthday song! Fourthly, during recess, i had my CHOCOLATECREAMbirthday cake, thanks to my classmates! Lastly, i was given a surprise and a MIXEDFRUITcake from my churchies! To close the day, my parent bought a MANGOcake for me to celebrate my birthday! However, when the paper ended, once again, i was demoralised because everyone's answers were the same except for mine. Should i say more? Well i didn't want to stay and crush all my hope, so i dashed home, close to tears. Eclipse = Bad omen for me? You guys decide. I felt that i have tried my best. 16TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

Disclaimer: It is what i took down and posted in my own words. Hope it'll be helpful

Are you feeling worried? Are you at peace? Are you faithful to your responsibility as a husband, wife, children or anything you can think of? Is your heart crying? Is there not enough? Who would we blame?

Many of us a trapped in this world of materialism. Once again, materialism. We would usually blame the world. ' This post was offered to me. If i don't get it i'll feel empty' or ' I have no money, I am so depressed'. Sounds familiar? Well, this shows that God is absent in your life. You have to walk closely with him, let him take control of your life. It is a less heavier burden to carry. The world now has evolved. Would you give up you high paying job, or high status, friends, fame, maybe all the money you have to someone who needs it more? I bet its easier said then done. Many of us would fight to get that job, status, friends, fame and money.

Many of us are selfish. Very selfish. Look around you now. Everyone is fighting, destroying each other, just to get what they want. This is not what God wanted. There is so much anger and hostility around us. Where is the smile on everyone's faces? There was once i tried smiling to brighten up the people i smiled at's day. I sat in a train and smiled at the commuter sitting opposite me. She gave a weird stare at me. Then, i boarded a bus and smiled at another commuter. He said ' siao ah?!( are you crazy)' . Its really very sad. Actually, the battle lies in you. You decide to keep the happiness or the vengeance. Remember, one sin leads to another, you lie to cover you other lies, you cover the part you dirtied, only to realise it gets worse. Sin makes us hostile toward God, and this strains our close relationship with him.

Repent. Are you too ashamed to repent? Are you too angry to repent? God knows us even before we were created, what's there to hide?. 'For you created my innermost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. Psalms 139:13 NIV'. He is always here to bring peace to you. He is our lord, our shepherd. Would a shepherd let his sheep go astray? He would not. We are the lost sheep and he is our good shepherd. Jesus is here, here to look for his lost sheep. You can do your part by going back to him. Forgive like how he forgives.

After forgiving, that is not all. You have to love others like how he loves us. We can take holidays, but faith, hope and love does not. 'And now these three remains, faith, hope and love. The greatest is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13 NIV'

We all want God to heal us. Many go to the doctors, surgeons, fortune tellers etc to heal us. What we really need is God. Many of us are burdened with the sin we're carrying. Don't fall to pride, guilt and what the devil plans to stop us from reaching God. Pray to the lord that in Jesus' name, stop the devil and his workers from straining you relationship with God. Once again, we should find a quiet place where we can hear him speak. Do you have the time?

'Oh no, i don't. I have my studies to care about. Oh, and my overseas holiday, and shopping, and surfing the net, going out with my friends, ... ... ' It is just endless, the excuses are countless. God gave you 24 hours a day, can't he spend at least 15 minutes with you? Many people can spend thousands of dollars and take days of leave just to go overseas and play, enjoy themselves, indulge in luxuries that we can't even say that it is ours. When it comes to being in church, i see people flooding in fast to find a seat. When it comes to leaving, they'll run! Run! Run out. Can they just spend their sunday worshipping God and embracing his presence? Its a challenge for all of you reading this. Enjoy his presence, enjoy worshipping him. Finding the peace God wants to give you lies in yourself and yourself only. Call for his help and he will be there.

Hil's advice: Try reading the scripture everyday and praying everyday as well. It takes at least 15 minutes and you'll see the difference in the long run. Actually, even the simplest of things can be the most wonderful if you have God in your life. Adios!

The myriad drops of perspiration on a Saturday morning

Time flies when you look back, but it just doesn't fly when you look at it now.

Significant events on Thursday# We had our biology SPA. THANK GOD! The night before i was sick and too tired to read through. Instead of studying, i fell asleep. The next morning, i looked at this particular experiment procedure on the text book. It came out!!! Thank God!!

Significant events on Friday# We all looked forward to 4.45pm. Instead, we were stalled and had to overcome some obstacles. We reached eventually, but were let down. Liping, Melody, ChinEe, Yeeleng, Hairizad, Amirah and I anticipated Harry Potter to be something to look forward to at 4.45pm. There was no climax and we were left hanging and hanging and hanging. Anyway, this is our opinion. We went to the B clan park after the movie to chill and played 'bonding games' before going home.

It has been really rocky this past few days and we decided that it was time to laugh and enjoy ourselves on Saturday# We woke up at 6am, to go TREKKING! We walked out the house with backpacks and enthusiasm. Meeting from 6.30am to 8am for breakfast, Zennie, Zad, Rani, Shu, Deena, Yeeleng and I took out the outdated map contributed by Hairizad and set off. From Pioneer Mall at Jurong west, we trekked to the Garden of rememberance at Lim Chu Kang. We decided to go there to experience the serenity and peacefulness of the area. It was rather cooling and refreshing. There were many interesting happenings on the way, you figure out yourself. Although we took 3 hours to walk there, we took 15minutes to go back by the bus. It was indeed a spendid saturday sweatout.

Sabbath Sunday!# Finally, its SUNDAY!! I LOVE SUNDAYS! HELLO GOD AND FELLOW WORSHIPPERS! Okay, I woke up at around 8 in the morning today and did the mundane activities before going to church. In church, we had the usual service and after mass, i distributed my homemade blueberry muffins! :D :D :D Hope you guys love it! After that, we went to the lighthouse to slack for awhile, waiting for the computer man to fix the computer. Feeling hungry, we went to Jurong Point's Crystal Jade to have Lamian(Pull noodles?). I had beef stew lamian. YAY! I was bloated till my tummy bulged. Since Julia wanted to go to the arcade to play the UFO catcher and the 'japanese drum thing' (you know what i mean), and Joachim, Jacob, Shaun, Celine, Gen and Alicia wanted to go home, we split from there. Thereafter, we went to play at the arcade for awhile(i really mean awhile) until Alycia left. I went to the Yoghurt stall and bought some yoghurt to aid in my digestion. Subsequently, Julia, Weibin and I went home because ah bin bin bin and i needed to mug.

I would like to thank Gerald for remembering my birthday and giving me a practical gift in advance today in church. Thank you! :D

It just gets better and better :D

Life just keeps on getting better and better. Don't you all agree? For the past two days, i have been finishing my story of 'Adventures of Hilary and the stalker friend'. Oh well, the story has ended, rather dramatically i must say. Its over and we'll all have to move on anyway.

Well, let the past be the past. Today, the day started with 'KAPOOM!'. I woke up enjoying the strong wind and thought to myself, 'what a wonderful world'. It was when i heard thunder and smelt the scent of the coming rain that my persective of life changed. I thought to myself, 'it IS a wonderful world'. Since i was dry and warm in the comfort of my home, i would like to stay this way when i was at school. I thought hard and realised it was feasible to bring my school shoes and socks whilst wearing slippers out the door. So i sent a text message to Melody to do the same. On second thought, i thought that i was capable of keeping myself dry and i told her that i would like to wear my school shoes instead. I walked out of the house with my clean-and-green umbrella which i thought could keep me dry with confidence. Before i was even halfway there, i was totally drenched. Thanks to the car which drove around the curb and splashed icy cold rain water on me.

I then recieved a text message from yongxiang and went to the rescue! After saving him, we went to school. Melody was attempting to keep her shoes dry. Similarly, she failed. We went back to our class after yong xiang thanked me for making him wet. Feeling wet and cold, i took off my shoes in class and stuffed in toilet paper hoping that it would be dry because i would be wearing it until around 5.30pm today. I ran around with my wet socks leaving wet foot prints everywhere. Come to think of it, I thought that it was rather gross. I managed to get into a dry, clean pair of socks i brought from my dry warm home and wore my partially dry shoes for my free period in the library. The library was air conditioned, so the shoe dried really fast. Thank God!

During recess, after eating and eating and eating with Juliana, i went to the washroom with Amirah and Yeeleng doing 'no motive stuff' like running on walls for example. It was really hilarious! Following that, i watched Hairizad and the minority of the class giving shiyan a birthday bash. Hmm, happy birthday shiyan? She was drenched, worse then being in the rain. Minutes seemed like hours when i was waiting for the next break. Finally, we had our break. It was hilarious again, talking about random topics. After all the lessons, we played around in class like patients from the mental hospital. The fun was short lived, many of them had A math class. So, vit and i met up and we walked home tgt.

SPA SPA SPA! BIO SPA! BIO SPA! BIO SPA! I will be having my O level biology science practical assessment tomorrow at 7.15am. Wowie! It is on transport in plants. I'll do my best and let God do the rest!

I'll really have to thank God for pulling me through this past few days. I mean it.

Due to GABRIEL GOH'S suggestion that i should post the sermon notes on my blog, i decided to try it out. I think i would publish this on a weekly basis for now, and when i have more time after my o levels, i would publish a separate blog FOR THIS PURPOSE.

One more thing, these notes are the parts that touched me during the sermon. It is not the word for word sermon that the priest/pastor made. It is what i took down and posted in my own words. Dear brothers and sisters in christ, our God would like to tell all of you that he is madly in love with us. He wants to make that connection with us in our life and is trying hard to reach us. However, many of us are usually connected with the world, which is not what he wanted. Most of our characters and emotions are defined by the world we live in. For example, we feel gloomy for the whole day when we hear a song about breakups or how sad the singer is. Maybe we feel defeated when our favourite soccer team loses in a match. Once again, this is not what he wanted. When he calls us, we must listen. "If you are called, reply, 'Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.'." 1 Samuel 3: 9.

We should try to quieten down our hearts and listen to the lord. Bombard him with your prayers. Jesus went to a quiet place to pray as well and we should follow in his footsteps. Many of us would think that, ' I've strayed really far away from God, would he even bother to listen?' HE DOES! No matter how far we stray, he is there. No matter how much suffering we go through, he is there to walk with us. Jesus is here to carry our burdens, our worries, our fears, our suffering. He is here to walk with us.

We should allow him to use us as an instrument to touch the broken. To do that, we should humble ourselves down, i repeat, humble ourselves down and hear his calling. He is pleased with us, he accepts us for who we are. Our job is to lift everything to the lord. He has the power to transform. With God, all things are possible.

Remember, God loves us more than anyone on earth, he is crazy! CRAZY IN LOVE with YOU. So the next time your girlfriend/boyfriend says that he is crazy in love with you, ask him to bang the wall because you know that God's love is greater than everything else! We should connect to him by being prayerful and with constant confession. +

Hilary Says: For those who do not pray so often, try praying for at least 5 minutes everyday. You will feel the difference :D

Prophets. In the old testament, they usually sent to go around warning the kings that some mishaps are going to happen if they do not do what they are asked to by God. When the king does not believe them, it really happens. They indeed sound like the fortune tellers that we visit or the horoscope pages that we read. However, prophets are NOT fortune tellers. No one could ever tell our fortune, i repeat, no one could tell our fortunes. Prophets are people called to speak on behalf of him. Now, all of us christians are also called to speak on behalf of God. We are all chosen by him to proclaim the Good news.

How do we know when to say and what to say? We could, buy listening to the gift that God gave us, which is the holy spirit. As humans, we usually say we are loaded with time, the minutes, the hours, the days we have. Instead of spending our time stoning, gaming, slacking, all the other things you do to kill time, why not spend the time studying, the word of God, praying, treasuring the word of God in your heart. Look at Mary, she kept God's world in her heart and remained as a faithful servant to God until she died.

Money Money Money. Without it, we are nothing. How sure are you about this statement? It is not money that makes the world go round. It is God's words that make the world go round for us christians. Anyway, you can't take you money with you to where ever you are going after you die right? Gold, many are crazy over it. They want it, they want to possess it, they want to have it all to themselves. Did you know that heaven is paved with gold? Lets not be like the others who want and chase desperately for fame, money, everything that belongs to the world. Instead, follow jesus and we will find the peace that we need when we cast our burdens on him.

Therefore, coming back to the God's words and taking it seriously, we will find the peace, joy, happiness that we can never ever imagine. I urge you fellow christians to let his word be part of our lives, living by his words day by day and growing spiritually. Even the devil acknowledges God, everyone can do that. What he can't do and what other people can't do, including some of us , is to follow God's words closely.

Be someone who follows his words, live by it. Proclaim God's word, using your lives. Show the love, show the love that Jesus would show. Let God's word radiate through you. +

Brothers and Sisters in christ!!! God says he loves you like crazy

Yesterday's Rally was A BLAST! I really enjoyed myself there. Everybody had a chance to meet God and many experienced the sacrament of reconciliation. Its as if we had been borned again, not literally of course! The event started with rockin praise and worship ending with rockin praise and worship as well! I would like to tell the organising committee that its a job well done! Most importantly, thank the one who initiated it, GOD!

What did i do yesterday?

I woke up rather late and watched the television straight after waking up. After practicing the piano, i proceeded to sakae sushi to have lunch with my parents. After lunch, i still had some time to kill before meeting the churchies, so my aunt, my brother and i went to new york new york for some more food. Gosh! I was really bloated. After food, i went to Toa payoh with the churchies and we went to eat again. This time, i had a hershey's sundae pie. We took a bus to Catholic Junior college for the hearts on fire rally. After 3 hours of the intense experience with God, we took a cab back to jurong point for supper. :D

How about today?

I had a really 'great' breakfast. Butter Lettuce Butter Lettuce Butter Lettuce Butter Letuce and Chicken abalone noodles. Need i emphasize more? Haha. Its really funny though, to think that i pushed all the lettuce down my throat. After that, i went for service at SFA. After mass, we were like screaming and shouting in church saying ' Brother!/Sister! I love you like crazy!!' and hugging each other like crazy. Since there wasn't any meeting for TW, ahhhhh bin and i went for lunch. Zenda, YL, Zad and i actually had this pool date this afternoon, due to unforseen circumstances, we had to give it a miss. Now, i am at the comfort of my home relaxing,.... and blogging. Oh Crap, i'm having a headache again. I think i should tke a nap after my sermon notes post :D

HEARTS ON FIRE RALLY!

My goodness! I am so excited to go for the rally tomorrow! I couldn't contain my excitement one bit! This week was rather relaxing, time to go full gear and start moving! Its full speed ahead right now, with less than 10 weeks to the prelims!

significantEVENTS DURING THE WEEK:
Monday: It's WEIHENG'S BIRTHDAY!
Wednesday: I had my o level mother tongue oral. I seriously do not know a word to describe it,
it was a bagful of laughter, a pinch of gloom and a dash of panic. We laughed and laughed while waiting for our turn. The part where i started to panic is when i was asked to check my particulars and practice my passage. Waiting alone was the killer. Full of anticipation, my turn finally arrived. No matter how much confidence i use, i would still get tongue tied and my mind would go blank( its usual for my chinese). During the conversation, i tried to make its as light hearted as possible. However, i was the only one laughing. The teachers gave the 'indifferent' face. I felt that i have fallen into a never ending pit of despair. That was when i felt a pinch of gloom. I thanked the teacher and went outside to wait for melody and ryan. After that, it was laughter again. Que Sera Sera. :D

OH WELL, Today's ROYCE'S BIRTHDAY! Anyway, i went home after school to change and then went to study with Juliana and co at the library. It was rather hilarious that the librarian dragged the ' students making noise in the library would be asked to leave' sign in front of us while we were quietly doing our work. I was doing my social studies essay and shutting up! It is not as if we were the only students there, there were many others who were really noisy. Anyway, its just funny to see the way she does things. Following that, i went for my dental appointment and then i went home.

I need some cure for headaches PLEAAAASE!

It seems that someone dislikes me :o and i know it ain't francesca. I suspect its the same spammer that spammed her. Oh my, this spammer is really really really childish, doing the things that was so last season! I repeat, so last season! Hey spammer, do you feel so insecure that you have to hide behind a computer screen and scold me? I can be your friend if you want to. DAMOISELLE NOT IN DISTRESS :D

Well, its a miracle that i can be online to blog today. These were the things that happened the past 2 days:

On Saturday, the girls went for gyming and swimming session at the Jurong East sports complex in the morning. Its really great and relaxing. After that Zenda went to meet her cousin and Diana and I had our lunch there and took a bus home. I took a short nap and then went for tuition alone. Being early, together with waikit and genesis, we went to buy some snacks before tuition. I was reprimanded by the lady from 7-11. She scolded me for using a $50 note to purchase some sweets. She even threatened not to sell it to me. Anyway, after that pother, we went for tuition for our chinese oral class. I realised that my chinese was not as bad as i thought, without the teacher. I really wonder how i am going to fair for wednesday's oral examination. Oh well, let what ever will be will be, que sera sera.

After tuition, Liza and i rushed off to prepare weiheng's surprise. With the help of Royce, we managed to pull it through. I shall not elaborate more on it, but let the pictures do the talking. Hope you like it weiheng.

On Sunday, i woke up on the wrong side of the bed feeling moody. Without enough rest because of last night, i was really not myself. Something was missing today, only i know it. Went to Agape in the morning and to SFA after that. We had our TW meetings and then i went to Jurong point with Leslie, Russell and Co. After shopping with Leslie, we went home for lunch. Lunch was rather simple but fantastic. It managed to fill my stomach :D. Following that, i practiced the piano and guitar for a long but short 2 hours and it made go back to my usual ecstatic mood.

Tomorrow is Youth day, it will be study day for me. I'm looking forward to it because i can mug. Well, i mean study hard and prepare for wednesday's oral.

20th June- Recee trip to the Hort Park at Alexandra road. HOT HOT HOT!
22nd June- Shafie and Sheila's Birthday surprise!!
23rd - 24th June- I was really sick. All the symptoms pointed to swine flu. Thank God! I am okay.
27th June- SFA secondary 1 Outing to the hort park. Thank God for the weather he has blessed us with and the fun we had. I am very thankful for that. A healthy little perambulation after tuition with Ahry Satsat resulted in my WALLET getting LOST!
28th June- Father Michal's bye bye speech @ church.
29th June- The start of an exciting and fast paced semester to my long awaited prelims!

Well, church camp was really really great. Thank God for that!

Anyway, my computer has been down for the past few days. For this week, it has been non-stop tuition for me and my tuitionmates. I hardly had time to catch my breath. Only now i realised that the composition that i have to hand in was taken down!!! Oh no!!!

Gone with the wind and back again.

Well, i've been rather lazy this few days to update my blog, mainly because i was really tired. Anyway, on friday after lesson, i went to pick up my phone with vit and went home to bake cookies with my brothers and cousin. On Saturday, in had math remedials in the morning and i went shopping at Takashimaya, Isetan, Heeren, Far East and then went for dinner at Plaza Singapura or Singapura plaza as some people would say. It was really tiring as i reached home at around 11.15pm. Thanks matrep killer :D On Sunday, i went to church as usual and spent the afternoon at home watching clean house marathon and spent the late afternoon and evening at my cousin's birthday party, entertaining children and making her day. On monday, we had our social studies lesson and we went to Singapore Polytechnic for the poly experience. Yesterday, i went for a swim in the morning with bimbo and then i went home to sleep the whole afternoon. Well, since no one asked me out, i'll stay at home to supposedly study.
Well, i'll not be in Singapore from 11th to 13th June, so i'll not be updating for this few days :D

Appearance is so secondary.

Today i watched a television programme about the lifestyles of celebrities and one of them said that, you don't have to be smart or anything, you just have to be beautiful. I really do not agree with that, what does she mean by 'beautiful'? The world is advancing, but the old talk about beauty still stays. Through the ages, women still want to look beautiful. The earliest recorded uses of make up is in Egypt, according to the vanity issue of present perfect. Imagine that, cosmetics were not only for beauty but an integral part of egyptian health and hygiene. Ladies and even men are on a relentless pursuit for their magnum opus. Is it really that important? We are not defined by our looks but our character. If everyone is physically beautiful, won't the world be a lifeless place to live in? Fashion is always changing, should we spend all our time searching for it? Some people in are so busy worrying about the fashion world that they forget to live in this one. There is obviously more to it right? I personally feel that appearance is really secondary. We are fearfully and wonderfully created by God. Ps 139: 14. If God created us in his image, we would be perfect in his eyes. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Let's not be bound by the word beautiful. There's more to it in this world.

Let me briefly describe my day. I had Literature in the morning and we went through 'To kill a mocking bird' by Harper Lee. After the enriching lesson, i went for breakfast with Mel and ah ping. We killed time by going to popular to browse for new books. After that i went for my piano lessons. I actually planned to go to swim again, however, i was really lethargic and decided to spend the day at home sleeping.

BURNING! ROASTED and COOKED!

I would really need showers after showers after showers to keep me cool today.
The sun was scorching, cooking, baking, boiling, frying, simmering, steaming and broiling everything on earth. Hilary was burnt, maybe roasted, or cooked .

Anyway, i realised today was a tuesday. :D I thought i was Monday all this while. In the morning, i met bucuk for breakfast in MCD and bucuk wasted food! After our breakfast, we went to school. I had my chemistry, and bucuk had CS. Ain't it sweet? Bucuk's lesson was at 10.30am but came to school with me at 8am. Okay, after our lesson, mirah, muhaimin, shafie and i had lunch in the canteen and from there we parted. I went to the 1/6 class room to enjoy some fan on the sweltering hot afternoon with bucuk and i went home.

Upon reaching home, i took out my swimming costume and the other things i needed for a swim and headed to Tiong Bahru market to have a light lunch with daddy and aunty. I went for a swim alone at the serene and tranquil delta swimming complex. Although i enjoyed the silence and peacefulness there, i was badly burnt and really really really tanned because i forgot to bring the sunscreen lotion. On the way home, i bumped into weiheng! :D We went back together after that.

Singapore- Cambridge GCE O levels.

Firstly, THANK GOD it's over.

It doesn't really matter what i get, i know i tried my best. God did the rest. So let's elaborate on what i did after the papers. By the way, i chose the first question, the formal letter to suggest activities and the other one is the newspaper report, about littering in singapore. After the paper, i went to jurong point with xinyi and yuxian to get a cup of bubble tea. (Although i personally do not like the 'bubble'). I went home and prepared to go out with bimbo to chill. We eventually decided to watch monsters vs aliens at west mall. It was a great show. After the movie, we shopped around west mall and i did the paint art, like an immature kid. I enjoyed myself, so it doesn't matter. After reaching jurong point, i decided to go home. However, i decided to help weibin look for his headphones. After he met his girlfriend, i went home.

After that, i went for a relaxing shower and had dinner, followed by having a chatting session with my father. Its not everyday that both of us can find the time to sit down and talk, so i really cherished the 45 minutes together. My dad really gives me the motivation i need and his messages always touches the heart. Okay, two papers down, one obstacle overcame.

It is already the 31st May!

Let me briefly narrate what i did the during the 28th till today :D

On thursday, we had normal lessons followed by friday, when we had the intensive mother tongue session.

On friday after the session, i went home with bucuk and prepared to go to the EXPO! I heard there was a food fair (from xinyi). After little preparation, i met bucuk and we went to the EXPO! To my surprise, there were many fairs there. Indeed, the world is small. While eating otah, i saw some boonlayians. It took me around 5 minutes to remember who they were. So during the time i was still processing who they were, i think i gave them some weird face. Anyway, i am really sorry. My sincere apologies. Other than the food fair, there was the john little fair and the book fair. After going to expo, we took a long bus ride home. Another day passed so fast.

On saturday, i stayed at home to do my final preparations for chinese. Took a break with weiheng at BENTEN! cafe. After having tea with him, i went home only to continue with my preperations. I went to Sakura for dinner with my family and i was really really stuffed. Bloated. Any word you can think for my tummy.

Today!!
Went for service as usual with the usuals. I had a really great time in church. After that, we went home. I took a nap and YAY! I am ready for the really really really last preparation.

I will.

We had been having the intensive mother tongue language programme because everyone is busy preparing for their O levels on the first of june.

Well, it has been really very tiring to keep up, but i'll persevere. Basically, we had the intensive mother tongue session until recess at 11.10am today. After that, lessons were back to normal. Sometimes, i feel that the intensive session is better than having the normal lessons. I hope that all my efforts would not go to waste.

Seriously. I am very tired. Suddenly i feel that home's not a good place to relax. Carbohydrates provide a feeling of satiety, i don't think so. Today's dinner was a total wreck. Aww, never mind. I am happy. When one is happy, one can look at everything with equanimity :D

You'll just have to persevere my dear. God will help you through this.

I am so sorry for disapperaring for a week. My apologies.

Well, let me continue from where i stopped.

On the 19th May:
We had our last mid year paper, which was the biology paper 5, skill three. After the test, Juliana and i went home in the speed of light and met up to get Sakinah's birthday present. We did a gigantic birthday card for her and bought her cake. We planned her birthday celebration as well.

Juliana had to go to church for the lector's training and i had to meet hadhinah and mirah for Diana's surprise birthday party. I went home with the material's for Sak's birthday celebration and had dinner. I practically swallowed my food without chewing and rushed out of the house again to meet Hadhinah, Zaylinn, Shafie and Amirah. We planned to surprise Diana with a cake and a durian. When she came down after her bath, we sprayed her with whipped cream all over. We had a great time together with Diana. I enjoyedloveddoted it.

On the 20th May:
It was Diana and Sakinah's birthday. We surprised Sakinah with a birthday cake at macdonalds and she said ' i know you guys want to move me to tears, but fat hope' and she laughed. We went to Xinyi's house and spent the afternoon there. Although it was simple gathering, the time spent together was gold. I enjoyedloveddoted it.

On the 21st May:
We recieved our results.

On the 22nd May:
We recieved our results and we went for the midsummer night's dream play at the DBS arts center. One word to describe it. Bravo.

On the 23rd May:
I went to do my passport. I was rather degraded when my grandfather commented on the picture of me on the biometric passport. He said in cantonese 'yok xun'. Figure out what it means yourself. I shall not elaborate. We went to Bras Basar with my youngest cousin and my family and bought my 2nd hand physics ten year series. The condition of the book is terrible but what i am interested in is the contents, not the condition. An added bonus, my dad bought me a guitar as well :D After the family bonding time, i went to church for our fellowship session. We had the movie screening in church during the evening. A thriller, a comedy and a inspiring film. I enjoyedloveddoted the company there.

On the 24th May:
I went to church for our weekly service and then our theatrework ministry's meeting. After that, i went to Suntec for the games and electronics fair. I enjoyedloveddoted on the time spent there.

On the 25th May:
We had the usual lessons in class and i enjoyedloveddoted the day. Although i realised i achieved unsatisfactory grades for this year's mid year, i am still exhuberant. I achieved only 2 As, 4 Bs and a C. Ouch, anyway, what's done is done. You'll just have to pick yourself up and move on. No use wallowing in self pity. After School's over, i went to JP to have lunch with Juli, Xinyi and Chenlin. I realised how it feels to have an inadequate amount of money.

the myraid laughter of a monday

Racism should be condemned because its effects are pernicious

I'M BACK! Okay , lets start from sunday. We had our recruitment drive once again and this time, many things changed. I had to sing with Aloy 'When you look me in the eye' with our darling Rishab's guitar. It was awesome. The skit by the group was well done, humorous as well as eye catching. We went for our weekly service with the usuals and then proceeded to JP for lunch. After lunch, Charmaine and I walked around Jp. I went home to settle down and took the guitar and met Juliana and Yu Xian to talk about important stuff. Following that, i went to 12 year friend's house to study Biology, return the guitar and blast our songs :D Went home consequently for family bonding time. :D :D

TODAY IS MONDAY! Was looking forward to this day for a very long time. A good break after the examinations. (I still have another paper tomorrow) Went to peninsular shopping center to look for guitars and clothing. Eventually we went to Vivo city because sarker wanted to go to Topman. We zoomed to marks and spencer to buy food food food!( it was only me who is in the food madness mode). I bought the Strawberry coated in white chocolate and Belgian Chocolate Shortcake. (Strawberrry Shortcake!) We spent endless time at Topman and (i forgot). After that, we walked over to Harbour Front Center deciding what to eat. We came to a decision to eat KFC. We walked back to Vivo and continued our journey. The last shop we went to before leaving was TOPSHOP again! (There are SALES everywhere!! If it wasn't for sarker i would've splurged on all the clothes.) We were exasperated walking and decided to enjoy the rest of the afternoon having tea, i mean ice cream. We went to Ben and Jerry's or Tom and Jerry's as sarker calls it to grab a bite. We strolled to the bus stop and took bus 30 back. Why would i talk about racism in the beginning? Hmm, you guess. An act of racism: Someone saw a particular race, pinches me and asks 'apa color?'. It happened throughout the whole journey :X To sum up today's events, i think that it was really fun today and once again i spent ALL my money on food food food.

On thursday, we had the math paper. Well, it was rather okay, except for the insufficient time! On Friday, i had biology, Physics and Chem. Dang! It was rather tough, but i managed to pull through.

After that, i went to send my phone for fixing AGAIN! :D :D This time with girlfriend :D :D Talked and talked and laugh and laugh until i was not infuriated with the center.

Today, i had tuition. I don't feel like adding more details now because i am really lethargic. Bye!

TANK TOPS TANK TOPS AND MORE TANK TOPS!

today's weather is ohhhhhhhhhhhh! so hot.

We had literature and chinese paper 2 today. It was really warm warm warm and sleepy sleepy sleepy! No matter how difficult it was, i almost went into a satisfied slumber doing it. Especially CHINESE! My goodness.

Well, lets put the past where it should be. After the examination, Juliana, Xin Yi and I went to have our lunch at Long John's Silver. Ain't it great? Putting my past behind me and do what i love best -- having friends enjoying an afternoon of anecdote and badinage over lunch. The fun was short lived. We had to go home to continue studying. We bid each other good bye and departed.

Sitting in front of this computer, I'm wondering whether i should study biology or practice math.

DECIDING DECIDING DECIDING

Math Paper 1

Today i had the math paper. I was close to tears after coming into contact with that dreaded paper. I did it with confidence anyway, even though i knew i was wrong. I had sufficient time but i practiced the wrong types of questions at home. I took the paper with a pinch of salt anyway, at least i know that mistakes are meant to be made and learnt. Mathematics is indeed a subject that earned the odium of many. Including me.

Lets not talk about the horrendous mathematics paper. After the math paper, i went to Toh guan again with sarker. This time with sarker's warranty card. We tried to fix the phone :D Spent around 3 hours because they said that sarker's phone will be ready in like 3 hours. We went to have lunch at IMM to kill time. Talked about many random stuff such as prejudice, prejudice and prejudice (literature based right?) and exploring as IMM as well, we indeed killed 3 hours. Collected Sarker's phone and we took bus 99 back to save money as well as look for familiar faces. We saw SHAFIE! :D i went home with a new memory stick, anticipating my phone in tip top condition. IT DELETED MY CONTACTS AGAIN. AGAIN. AGAIN. AGAIN. AGAIN. AGAIN. AND AGAIN.(ECHO CONTINUES)

I'm back today :D

I did complete the two themes that i wanted to study on 6th may. After the exam, i went to mac with Juliana to do math and biology home work. It was really funny observing people there and my math worksheet is full of maple syrup. We had biology remedial after that and i went to jurong point, walking around with the triple Hs and Amirah. Eventually, i went home and slept.

On friday, 8th may, we had normal lessons. It was rather relaxing, except for the math and literature part. After school, i went to the Toh Guan center (the 5th time) to collect my fixed faulty phone with sarker and we went on a drink hunt for a lychee drink. Giant is so gigantic but we could not find any lychee drink. We went to the possible stores to find the drink but w could not. In the end we went to JE interchange. We found it at cheers! Bought it, everyone was happy and we went back.

After reaching home, i got ready to meet Hadhinah at Gek poh. We went to shop for our needs :D and we took a bus down to Jp to meet Juli, SK, Zaylinn, Muhaimin, PC , JY, amirah, WX, YL and Zard and went to SDC. The exhibits brought back memories, we had indefinable fun. We went back JP for supper and we seperated. I met my parents fora second round of supper while they continued their activities(i suppose).

9th May was family bonding time. :D
We went to Swim in the morning and had lunch in some restaurant at cantoment road. The food was delicious. If you are a fan of steak, here's a good place to go. I went for tuition and dinner with my family, including my relatives.

I went home with hope that i could actually see my phone in good condition again. I was disappointed. Bimbo talked me to sleep after that and cooled me down.

Yesterday was great once again. I went to CHURCH!!! I LOVE IT.
It was mother's day as well, i did not really told mummy happy mother's day because i left the house early in the morning to church. We went crazy in church. After mass, i went to Jurong point with my 12 years buddy, weibin to look for his mother's present. Shopping was never so tiring. After we found it, he was so exhuberant that he was jumping in the store itself. We went for ice cream at Benten cafe and we seperated. D: I met Bimbo afterwards to shop at Isetan. I just bought a Mango tank top and that's just it. The rest looked like it was for mummys or it was too thin.

Since I did not really celebrated mother's day with my mother, my brother and i made it up by preparing a GARGANTUAN ice cream. The bottom was Chocolate chip ice cream, with cornflakes in the center and Vanilla Ice cream on top. Topped with a munificent amount of
fresh cut strawberries, chocolate rice and whipped cream and one big famous amos cookie. :D
Mouth watering aint it? Its only for my magnificent mummy. Happy mother's day

Today is Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Math Math Math. The most dreaded paper after Chinese. I'm trying to solve the arithmathic problems. I need help with the Radian!! I'm taking a break now before i continue practicing my head off. or maybe my brain first. I'm currently waiting for my lunch. YAY!

English Paper One
I think i misintepreted the questions and wrote out of topic. Okay, nevermind. Que Sera Sera.

The story is like the normal stories with no plot and an expected ending. All my brain juice was squeezed out for the misintepreted english essay. Lets just leave things as it is. Que Sera Sera.

The Importance of 2

2 is very important to me. For now, i could say :D If only If only If only. If only the chinese orchestra can acheive 2 more marks we'll get Gold. If only my fringe can grow 2cm longer. If only my hair can grow 2cm longer. If only I can get 2 marks to get satisfactory marks for history. If only i had 2 more hours to settle my homework. If only i have 2 more days to rest. If only i had 2 weeks more to study for my exams. If only i jumped 2 more cm i would've get all As for my physical fitness test. If only i could grow 2cm taller. Haha. The ifs..

I think i had recovered from that breakdown for the moment. I really have to thank everyone for being there to support me. Especially Jesus. Let me share how he helped me when i was at my lowest. heh heh

As usual, i was feeling down and dreading when i came across this in the morning. What an encouragement. He knew that all these worries and troubles is making life miserable for me. This is just a season that will not last forever. Its winter for me now i suppose but he told me spring was around the corner. All these worries blinded me as i did not know he was there all the time watching over me. God remains the strength of my heart. I realised that I could lift all these worries to him and he'll keep me warm. (Literally speaking, i'm really warm. The weather's killing me) Indeed, he was alive and well and made me so carefree and not afraid of any obstacles that came towards me, like my dreaded physics test. I faced it all with absolute courage. All thanks to him. He even made me feel not so helpless in my studies by giving me friends that are willing to teach me. He even sent me friends that help me accomplish my tons of tasks. Coincidental? I do not think so.

Okay, that's what i'm going to share today. I have to complete my indefinable amount of homework and things to do. I sent my newly bought phone for repair and would only get it back on friday. I shall not worry and just let God pave the path for me to walk.

Breakdown

Had a breakdown at home yesterday, the aftermath was total fatigue and a terrible headache that i can't even face the next day(weak, i know). It was a great thing that kept everything until i reached home. It was simply too much for me to handle. Okay, lets say that my SYF is finally over. I broke down not only because the chinese orchestra got a silver. After the SYF, i have to study for the Mid year examinations. I have no confidence in passing all the subjects. Not even english. I feel like just screaming. On top of that, my sprained finger decreases my efficiency doing my homework. I have to take double the time to do my homework. My homework consists of mostly essays and essays. I have a lack of time to complete all these and my handphone is giving me tons of problems. I am losing my contacts again and again and AGAIN. There's problems with the phone itself. I really think that i took the faulty phone because there's problems when i get the phone. Piano exams are approaching way too soon already, i can't practice. I really can't. I just feel useless and moodless to continue studying. I'm experiencing many emotions now.

I feel much better now :D

Anyway, the chinese orchestra got a silver. I think it is a total failure. We're screwed up. After four years of practicing and sacrifice, we got this results. After skipping many lessons that were actually even more important, we got this results. After putting in tremendous efforts , we got this results. I feel that it was just one mistake that screwed the whole thing up. I really do not know what is the mistake but i feel indifferent about it. We're a team, so anyone's mistake in the orchestra is our mistake. However, what's done is done already. Let it be.

Gaffaws! Its a sunday!! The best day of the week and the worst day.

Well, in my opinion, Sunday is the best day of the week because i can go to church and then free myself from the stress that has accumulated for the whole week. I feel that it is the worst day because after today, all the stress that was relieved would build up again the next day. When you look back, you realised one week has passed and you have one week less to prepare for your o levels, not to mention mid year examinations. Well, i looked forward to today one week ago :D

I'm simply euphoric! Nothing can ever explain my delirium. Its just a feeling inside me that wants to burst out. Okay, lets stop describing my exhuberance. The reason why i looked forward to today is because i can shop! *Cheers! I really needed this break before i start to study hard core for the examinations. I've really got to devote my time to studies from today onwards.

Materialism. What is your heart's greatest desire? God or something else? Don't look to money or stuff for contentment because they never really satisfy. They only leave you craving for more. We were wired to experience the contentment that only comes from him. Riches and things of this world are not evil. We can enjoy them and love him at the same time. However, do not allow them to compete with God because they're no different from the idols that people worshipped as said in the bible. I do not shop all the time (Once in a few months to be precise :D), therefore, shopping is not my greatest desire, but just to get what i need.

I'll be having chinese orchestra practice at the singapore conference hall later. Oh man. There goes my shopping time. Anyway, we're having our SYF tomorrow! Ain't this exciting! Well, whatever the case, no matter what you achieve, if its the best from you, you've won already. Due to carelessness, i sprained my finger and have difficulty writing, playing instruments and doing daily stuff. The pain is excrutiating. Never the less, i hope it heals soon :D

The weather is killing me. I'm baking in this oven, lets just hope that we won't get burnt by the blistering heat later. I wonder when is this sweltering heat will turn to cool air (wishful thinking). Bye people! Till here today.

I'm pertubed with the fact that I'm so tired. I still have to do chinese and english and physics. How am i going to study for my mid year examinations? Do i even have time to practice for my SYF? What about my piano examinations? My goodness. My worries are undefinable. Someone, please tell me that you are enduring the same fate as i. I'm tired and i know this is inevitable. Can i be an insomniac? Imagine multi tasking, like sleeping and studying at the same time? "Thats a very great impossible idea" quoted from vitrun in one of my messages. I agree with you. Imagine how tired i would be after that. Worsening the situation. Uggh. These worries are making me develop eccentric behaviours, making my boisterous character dissapear. Anyway, lets just look forward to something to make me motivated. "Genting trip we talked about?" quoted from Derrick. Motivated? I hope so :D :D

LESSON LEARNT: Just go and sleep if you are tired. Take a break from the mundane activities like studying. "you should take a break" quoted from derrick. Life in the council is over. We had our stepping down ceremony. Its great to see our juniors stepping up and taking over us. However, i do miss the times we had when we were councillors. Time flies and before you know it, it is all over. Make use of your time wisely and accept what you have to do willingly. Do not fear to be assertive. Okay, i shall not nag. Just be happy with what you've got.

I had oral examination today. I could say that i was an epic failure and i'd rather go and bang the wall. I read the passage real slow and during the conversation, i could not substitute any chinese words. My thoughts were in english and i did not know how to express myself. Oh well. What's past should past. Lets just learn from it and leave it yea.

Oh well, i have nothing much to say for today. Oh ya, we exactly one more week to our SYF. I really hope that we can achieve something better than that silly silver. I'm really tired. Really tired. Phoo.

Its good to be back home...

Finally after a long session of chinese orchestra, home never felt so nice. Lol. I'm just crapping. Haha. Our SYF is on next monday. We're going to have practices after practices next week. I hope i can keep up. Anyway, if you try your best, God will do the rest right? I'm telling this to everyone. Just do your best. Instead of giving ourselves reasons why we can't, we should give myself reasons why we can. If you aim at nothing, you'll hit it every time. Therefore, lets all aim for gold and i am sure we can all hit it. Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together. I hope that everyone can play their part, no matter how big or small the contibution is, you still contribute. Since you contribute to the orchestra, why not give it your best.

Man! I'm really sleepy now! Its a pity that time is not on my side today. I find that i have many things to do but so little time. Well lets just round this post up with the best part.

My experience at the indoor stadium yesterday. Reinhard Bonnke from Germany came over to give a evangelical sermon which made many people accept christ yesterday. I think that his sermons is really the ABCs of the gospel. I find it really easyto understand but very powerful. He done many miracles as well, i saw a person who can't walk start to walk and many more. WOW! Believe it or not, its your choice.

Anyone can catch your eye, but it takes someone special to catch your heart.

Anyway, yesterday's sports day was satisfactory, i should say. We had normal lessons till 12.40 and then the councillors went to the council room to look for our blazers and then i went home to change for the run. Went to the stadium and got ready for the race. My event was like the first few events to start the whole sports day. Its is none other than the 1500m B girls. The run was just amazing to me. I started out at the back as the last runner and slowly at the last 200m, i pushed myself and gave it all i got to get a 3rd position. Yes, it was really shocking. After that i ran the 4x400m relay as the last runner and our team got the 3rd postion as well. The last race was rather disappointing but i think that if we try our best, we've won already. The 4x100m race was the last race i ran, once again with yeeleng, diana and atiqah. Actually the winnings were not fully the effort of mine. It was because of God. I did my best, and he did the rest. It was also the support of my friends who cheered me on when i was running. Last but not least, i must thank my teammates in the relay.

Finally, i could say that this race is finally over. One obstacle down. However, we're still running another race and many many races. Gosh, i'm tired. It'll all be over soon. Just push on and give it all you got. (like my 1500m :D) Well, the next race which is ending soon is the SYF for the chinese orchestra. I really hope that we can get a gold or even gold with honours for the competition. Since we're in the race, might as well do our best.

Today's GOOD FRIDAY :D
Can finally get this long awaited rest and a time to experience the holy spirit!! Well a little history about good friday: Of the numerous Christian holy days on the liturgical calendar, Good Friday is perhaps the most solemn and profound memorial. This is because, in many many many many years ago, there was this man who died on the cross for our sins. He is none other than Jesus, son of god. To many Christians, Good Friday is felt as a day of sorrow. It is a time to grieve over the sin of man and to meditate upon the love that God has so generously bestowed upon humanity in giving His only Son for the redemption of sin.

So why is good friday good?

"It's good to set aside a day to reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross for our sins to be washed away. A time to think of our past, present and future."

For God had such love for the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever has faith in him may not come to destruction but have eternal life. John 3:16

First things first.

Upcoming Activities..
We'll be having our School's sports day tomorrow at the Jurong west stadium. Do support me me me because i have no gurantee that i will win something back compared to sport's day one last week. I'll be representing JUPITER house for the last time for the 1500m and 4x400 B girls relay.

Following that is GOOD FRIDAY! Well, church church church all the way till Sunday. Well i'm looking forward to the Reinhard Bonkre Conference at the Singapore indoor stadium with Juliana! :D Most importantly, revive my faith!

Stepping down this monday from the council. I really missed the times we had together and the tie tie tie :D :D I miss the recess strolling as well. Oh my, I miss everything!

The SYF for the chinese orchestra is coming along as well. I hope that we can achieve satisfactory results before i step down this year.

Last but not least, We have the mid year examinations 2009!

I'm on a hectic schedule with all the endless remedials and activities, i anticipate a well awaited rest. Yea yea yea!!

Life have been fine so far for me. I will be looking forward to this week's retreat at some retreat house and the outreach sessions! YAY!

Well yesterday after i woke up i went to Jp to meet Tab n co. Watch them ate at banquet adn then we bussed to AMC for Watchnight 2008. The first person i see in 2009 is TABITHA!! then Clarisse and then Shermain! :D

I'm BACK!

Once again, i'm back from another camp. This camp is the last one i'll be having for this year. (Obviously)

Anyway, the camp i came back from is a cca camp. *drum rolls. CO CAMP! It is okay okay lah. Practice practice and practice gaohu only. Anyway, got to spend time with my beloved gaohu. Aww~ Not forgetting the time spent with my friends and the crazy camwhoring and nightwalks. What we did from day to day is actually more or less similar, so i won't elaborate much about this camp.

Summary of the various camps:

I've been to 5 camps for this holiday and i've been to the best camps and camps which i think that the organising group should put in more effort in. Let's start with the BEST camp. Seriously, i think that the best camp i've been to for this holiday is Outward bound Singapore's camp. We get to learn more about leadership as well as experience things that you can't experience everyday, such and the land and sea expeditions. I made super nice friends there. We all come from different backgrounds but we bonded and held on to each other tightly for the past 5 days there. We obviously had to go through some disputes but we put aside our differences and stayed strong. They planned everything before hand and i can say that they were really organised. The leaders acted appropriately and their goals were met. 5 stars for this camp!

Another camp which i enjoyed is the BLSS leadership camp organised by us. It was super cool and we can see the groups bonding and seeing them grow as a leader makes me grin from ear to ear. Although some activities are common in camps, we made use of the games to instill morals of leadership to them.*Claps for goals met!

I've been to 2 church camps this holiday and i enjoyed both camps as both were equally good. The AMC and SFA camps made me closer to God. AWW~ Thank God man~

The most recent camp i've been to is the CO camp. As i say before that this camp was okay okay la. Love the seniors, love the xianyue peeps, love my gaohu.

Now here's the gross part.
In the 5 camps, i really disliked one camp. I do not want to point fingers at any camp because i do not want to dampen anyone's feeling. Although it is 3 days 2 nights, i feel that time passes really very slow in the camp during the day. I understand that we go to this camp to have some crappy intensive trainings la. I also understand that the organising committee really put in loads of effort in the planning. However, i have to be direct and just say that it simply sucks. Its very disorganised and everyone is doing their own things. I just hate to be direct but, the person in charge of the camp is just horrible and i think that he/she has NO leadership qualities. Why in the world would the teacher choose a person who does things half way and give up then claims all the credit for doing all the things? The group organising the camp may look like they are doing everything. Yes yes, they do things, but it is the jobs that every one can do. From day one i would have died if things got even worse. We started boring. After our lunch i went for the camp with an open mind, expecting some fun and great ice breaking games. I wanted to have fun with my group members. Sadly, what i saw was really too much for my open mind to take. The group played the same game for the whole time and they did not even have the materials needed for the game. I thought they should have planned the games way BEFORE hand (remember the put in lots of effort part). Oh my, its just one game and you guys can't even get it right? When the game master incharge of explaining the game tried to get his/her(i forgot) message across, no one was listening. How could you get your message across without even getting the audience's attention? (Hey, go stand at one corner and talk to the air instead). I feel terrible for those who were badly treated during the camp. On the first day for lunch, there were duties for the student to follow, as in serve and clean up. However, when its dinner and for the rest of the camp, no one was there to clean up and stuff. (wow. the other groups are so free?) On the second day, we had games that i thought were poorly planned and that they could do better. The games had no morals and i thought it was very boring. Although there were squeals of delight, i thought that it was the participants themselves making things fun. We had barbeque on the last evening for dinner. I thought the team in charge of the camp should be at the pits helping up? I saw this: The food was still untouched, no one prepared drinks, everything was in a mess and the teachers were the one doing everything( hey, i thought that the teachers are there to assist, not to serve?). The seniors were the ones cooking food for themselves. (Hey man! They did a super great job to serve the organisation, we should be the ones serving them and not them serving us?) They just sat there waiting to be served. When it was time to clean up, everyone disappeared leaving one of my poor friend(without the 's') to clean up everything! (I thought there were duties? Where is the IC for the camp?). Half way during the bbq, we were asked to go somewhere at once and leave all our food at the pits, since they said it will take only 10 to 15 mins we just gladly agreed and made our way there quick. To my horror, nothing is done yet and there was a delay of about 45 mins(10 mins? 15 mins? OH MY!). We had to settle for burnt chicken and we had to clear everything up because my friend(without the 's') and only the teacher was clearing up. We just can't bear to see her doing everything alone. On the third day, when we broke camp, it was so unofficial. (oh my, is this even a camp?) I heard that the IC did everything himself/herself. (Puhhhh lease! Don't go act and then skip our precious training sessions). This camp made us more seperated then before. Its is not a bonding camp, oh my. it just sucks. Oh ya, i heard that the IC pushes the job to everyone and then sit back and see what happens and has a very bad attitude towards work and the people around. Lastly, call yourself a leader? Come and confront us face to face if you are not happy with us. Do not go to your beloved alumnis and let him/her settle us with his/her indirect craps. You have done a very great job(only boot licking and doing what all of us can do) the whole year. KEEP UP the good work(: We appreciate your leadership full of initiative and assertiveness.(haha) I seriously love the night life during the camp when we do out own stuff and have self created fun together. This camp would have killed us if we did not have each other's contributions to make it fun(on our part).

Actually had an outing with Charmaine, Weibin, Gabriel and Gerald. In the end, many could not make it so Gerald and i met up first and catched YESMAN while waiting for the rest. Decided to go for a swim instead of going to the beach because of the time. However, suddenly ps-ed, so we took a train to Changi and cam whored like crazy there. Met Weibin at bugis to eat and walked a little there. Trained back to Jurong and played frisbee and other stuff at the play ground.

Woke up in the morning for training, aft training went to jp with Gilbert and Chinsin to get presents and i met YL and PW for Lit project. Baked Cookies and muffins till 2am after that.

Did Christmas preparations and had christmas dinner aft that and zoomed off to church for night service. HSH after that.

Did not post on sunday. Well, here goes:
Went to AMC for aunt's baptism and then to SFA for the youth alpha.
After alpha, stayed at the light house for movie with Charmaine, Shaun, Kenneth, Celine, Gab and Weibin. Went to new jp with them to jalan jalan and then trained to clementi to meet parents and went to SGH. After SGH, car-ed to Sakae in TFCC to have late dinner. Oishi neh! :D

Today:
Woke up at around 9 plus to find mummy on leave today. Sitting in front of the computer chatting with Gerald about our church outing n Christmas celebration on 22nd Dec. Gonna bathe, pack for camp 4d3n and leave le.

Too tired to post la yesterday.

I went to work yesterday at mummy's office. It was actually very fun and it was an eye opener for me. I worked as a receptionist there and picked up many calls at one go. Ask me and i'll tell you more. I am still tired now. oooo. Rawr! After work, went to the hospital at SGH to visit granny :D Cabbed back for advent cell in church. That was my day yesterday(:

She's a happy girl

Woke up at around 7 am today and went for piano lessons. It was tough, but i managed to pull through. I'm happy because of that.

Met Kathleen at Clementi and laughed at her for walking all the way to the tail of the train when i said head of the train. I'm happy because of that.

Trained to Dhoby Ghaut to look for the Cathay. We got lost and were frantically searching because we were running out of time. Our stupidity is funny! I'm happy because of that.

Found the place and we crossed the roads screaming like crazy although there were no cars. Laughed like crazy after we realised our mistake. I'm happy because of that.

Bought the tickets and spend a bomb on the food. The nacho combo was $7 and my Doritos was $4.80. Tickets was cheap though. I'm happy because of that.

Laughed like mad because the show wild child was very funny and the cheese from the nachos was dripping everywhere. I laugh at our clumsiness. I'm happy because of that.

Went to the arcade to play daytona, ddr and para. Making weird sounds in ddr and para whereas Kathleen was cool and pro. Had loads of fun. I'm happy because of that.

Strolled to plaza sing and dashed into yamaha. I tried to teach Kath, but i can't teach well although she is a fast learner. I'm happy because of that

Went to spot light and played with the stuff and was walking around talking about random stuff. Cool man! I'm happy because of that.

Went to kopitiam for our lunch/tea. Kath had some fish stuff while i enjoyed my messed up strawberry milk ice. I'm happy because of that.

Took the train back to boon lay,l ooked at the rain and said lame stuff like 'I can see the thunder and hear the lightning'. I'm happy because of that.

Strolled through the extended Jp and stopped at artbox. We took around 1/2hr looking at art box and bought a notebook to organise my life. I'm happy because of that.

rawr. on the clock its like 12 plus already. and its already 11 dec which is a thursday. i admit that time is running really fast. oh man! I went to meet peiwen and yeeleng to do the literature project at starbucks. In the end, we walked in the new jp. We can get lost there man! We windowshopped after meeting and then HSH. Although windowshopped, somehow my $20++ was gone.(Food maybe Onlined, chat, blogshopped, looked for movie timing. :D short post for today. Preparing for tmr(: Date with Kathleen. heh. I'M SO SORRY YO!

Rawr, i was supposed to go out with Charmaine, Kenneth and Yizhan today. Due to some unforseen circumstances, i was forced to go home and do what i had to do. Which resulted in me being some bad person and left Charmaine and Kenneth.

Anyway, i woke up at around 10 plus today and actually looked forward to get ready to go out. I bathed, did face, and hair and prepared to go out. I went to Yizhan's house to help him look for clothing and had some light food (its nice la). I had to ps them after some matter. Yizhan and i decided that we both should not go(: (: After eating, i removed my make up * sobbing (its a good thing i removed it, if not i would look like some emo kid when i start to sweat. zzz) After Yizhan was ready, he used his bicycle and ride me back home. It was damn hot but fun. Thank god the makeup was gone ;D . Went home to do what i must and i am now slacking at home. I am very hungry! zxzxzx! Okay nevermind, i think i will make cheesecakes now. hoho!!!!!!

17th nov
took the cab to the air port and took the fly to hongkong. After reaching hongkong my family took the MTR to the tsing yi station and went to my aunt's house. Put our things at my aunt's house at tierra verde. went to the shopping center to have our dinner. had their famous wonton noodles, i think that it is real nice. (: (: went to mongkok where the famous lady's street is and shopped with parents until 11 plus then reach tsing yi again. went to sleep for the night.

18th Nov,
went to the same shopping center to have breakfast but this time is at another restaurant for dimsum. the food there is so so only luhh. haha. they practice 'dap toi' over there. which means that the guests can share the tables with other people when having their meals. zzz. after that, we made our way to disneyland hongkong. it was okay, but mostly for kiddies, we played like crazy and i was like a 7 year old. -.- camwhored MANY MANY. in the end, we watched the grand finale in disney land with many fireworks. YAY! we took the disney land train back and we had our meal at a place which sells shanghai cuisines. went for dessert at the dessert stall and went back to my aunt's house.

19th Nov,
went to shop at their Stanley market, nothing much actually, its all the same stuff and quite expensive. spent like the whole day walking there(: the scenery was kinda nice there but never really camwhored.

20th Nov,
We went to Ocean park and took all the crazy rides, it was really empty so i went to the thrill rides again and again, in one of the rides, i met one girl named Amelia. she was a 8 year old blonde, very cute(: we took the rides together and together. went to the famous place where all the stars will go to. its is super cold there la, my younger brother was super freezing. haha. went back to aunt's house after the lights show.

21st Nov,
aunt brought us to the famous dimsum restaurant. like crazy la the food. its was awesome! but it costed around 290 singapore dollars. oh well, we went to the peak and then we continued to shop again there. after tht, time passed so fast and it was time for dinner. we had dessert at the dessert house in town and thn went to the clubbing area to had dinner at a mexican restaurant. we tacos and pork ribs nd stuff, all mexican style(: daddy and uncle had tequila competition and my mum and aunt had their drinks while i had fruity magarita. blahs! we went for ice cream after tht and went home.

22nd Nov
Its the last day in hk, went to a nearby place for dimsum under the same company as yesterday's dimsum and it cost half th price of the other restaurant. zzz. went to repack stuff and then trained to th airport. in singapore, my aunts and grandparents were there to pick me. The person that suprised me was derrick and co! they were there to fetch me. so touched can! aww~ we went to popeye and then trained back. when i reached singapore, i was a noobass in jp la. jp changed loads! (:

Went to church and after that, went to jp with hairizard and amirah to do OBS shopping. in the end, instead of shopping, we arcaded for a damn long time la. went home after that to do packing. i spent like 3 hours packing the stuff. HAHA!

24th Nov
OBS OBS OBS. went there feeling damn homesick. haha. did many stuff there at the first place la. learnt how to pitch tent, check store, and know group members better. haha. I love my group can?! Boseng. yea babe~ The night was horrible okay? we slept at the hill with spiders and lots of mozzies! argh!

25th Nov
We did high elements on that day with kurt and we also learnt to kayak and capsize. Fun luh. We packed our stuff and i kayaked with jeremy to another part of ubin. Darn it luhs, it was horrible at that place, lots of sand flies and stuff. kena bitten like nobody's business. There was no public toilet there and the place we had to relieve ourselves was through the forest at the seaside. zzz.

26th Nov
We had our land expedition bright early in the morning. it was tiring la, carrying 5 2litres bottle together with jiawen and my wet clothings and toiletries and snacks. We were screaming like crazy when we reached our destination thanks to kenneth lim(:

Got ready for our sea expedition and went kayaking for around 7 hours. My partner and i rocks to the core luh. haha. it was also fun to sing and kayak with sharmaine, nevin, eugene, thiam loong, jeremy and the others which i forgot :x

Its also, ICE CREAM DAY where we ate ice cream from japan, australia etc etc
and also, I SCREAM DAY where we were squealing and screaming cos we're happy

and and, CAMWHORER'S DAY cos we took more than a 120 pictures
or, MAKAN DAY because we were eating and eating and eating.

PFFT! I am bloody pissed off now.

Anyway, i had a very nice day today till something made my blood boil and made me furious. I had a nice sunday, everything was in place and stuff, had a swell time with church friends and we had a meeting about our new comittee and where to go for our post confirmation celebration. After that, Charmaine, Shaney and i went back to church with Jethro and we watched painted skin in church. Slacked and helped to clean up singing worship songs until 5 and i met my parents and we trained to ah ma house. Hoohoo! We went home after dinner at around 9 plus and i was like packing my luggage at home till around this time luhh. Just phone-ed charmaine. I feel much relieved(: Hahah!

Hey ho people! I made an obvious mistake in my previous post ;X And was pointed out by DERRICK(:

I went the beach on Tuesday and stayed at home on Wednesday.

What did i do today? I woke up bright early this fine morning to pass Aiza some money for my restaurant card at the flyer(: After that, i went to the sports stadium and met muhaimin there. I ran only 4 rounds and decided to slack. However, after Yeeleng, Ryan and Diana came along, I continued to run with them and run for a total of 8 round. It was an achievement for me yo! Although the weather was ill, which means, it was pouring like never before. I ran in the rain and danced in the rain to let time fly. We slacked and waited for the rain to stop by dancing randomly with hip hop and many other dances (i tried doing my oh-so-stupid shuffle but failed). We decided that the wait was too long and we had to grab a bite. After grabbing some food, we waited for Yeeleng's parents to send her home and then i walked home in the rain(: After reaching home, i went to have a nice good soak in my bathtub with steaming hot water. I felt energized and decided to wash my dirty bag ;D *claps for achievement*. I went for my shift of babysitting today. Zzzz. It was really relaxed because that little boy watched the television and fell asleep while i did mani-pedi for 4 whole hours! (Time was wasted because i sampled on all the colors i had on my nails and redid the best one). I could say it is really dumb because i used the colorless ones for both my finger and toenails. hooha! i used the computer after that watching parody videos. I think I'll head for my piano lessons later in the night and that's about all for today ;D
